Operating Terminal

The large 15“ touch-terminal in combination with the self-explanatory Windows ®-based machine-control-software ensures logical and intuitive machine operation without deep knowledge about computers. Designs can easily be stored and reloaded for utmost precision and reproducibility of repeat orders.  

Printhead operation

Sequence controlled handling prevents faulty operation but allows all settings to be done within moments. The new, extremely handy and robust joystick allows intuitive rapport-settings in all 3 axis quicker than with any other system.

Safety features

The self-closing finger-guard is a central part of the precautions all around the printing line that stand for a safe and secure machine operation.

Printing width adjustment

Tool-free printing width/screen length adjustment is done within a second.

Magnet beam

The electromagnetic beams are practically steplessly controlled by the current for an absolutely constant magnetic force even with changing temperature conditions. The closed, self-cooling housing and the corrosion-protected execution of the magnet coils guarantee a long-life, fail-proof operation.

Printhead accessories

The quick-setup repeat rings with their long-life, hardened stainless steel bearings in combination with the repeat adapter rings allow repeat size changes within seconds. The easy-to-wash squeegee pipes and the knurled or smooth magnet rods are further influential factors for best-possible printing results.

PVA-gluing unit

It uses the magnet-squeegee system for best evenness and adjustability of the glue application. The stainless steel tray with the grooved, rubber-coated glue application roller and the magnet rod are easily extractable for quick and comfortable cleaning.

Thermoplast-gluing unit

Aluminum shield, heated by extremely fast IR-lamps with intensity control and auto-off function. Both the thermoplast coating and the fabric are heated. It comes with a stainless steel thermoplast application knife and a stripping squeegee with stainless steel stripping-liquid collection tray.

Blanket washing unit

 The rust-proof stainless steel and aluminium construction with two driven brush rollers and easy-to-clean spraying nozzles is water saving by the combined use of recirculated and fresh water and quickly extractable for comfortable cleaning. 

Easiness of cleaning

Stainless steel covers with free and wide access for practicable and easy cleaning with a discharge pipe connected to the drain.

High-efficiency dryer

The ingenious nozzle system and the adjustable, inverter-controlled air-flow guarantee uniform temperature distribution, easily removable lint filters and nozzles stand for easiness of cleaning.

Electrical cabinets

Revolutionary compact design which stands for easiness of maintenance and trouble shooting. No sensitive electronic components are “hidden” at the machine. Remote diagnosis is provided by MHMS via the internet to assist with quickest-possible advises and solutions.
